Made of handloom Dobby cotton, these reusable masks are extremely comfortable to use. The half ‘n’ half design of the mask is carefully handstitched by our women artisans to make it a unique piece. Reusable ; washable non-surgical face mask with elastic that goes around the ear. The design is handpainted on the mask and hence some inconsistency in colour and design may occur.
Wash the mask before the first and subsequent uses. Hand wash or gentle machine wash in cold water with mild/liquid detergents recommended. The colour of the handwoven fabric may bleed in the initial washes.
These masks are hand stitched with utmost care by women from Bahadurpura (Hyderabad’s largest slum). Many of them were previously rag pickers before joining our centre to get trained in different skills like tailoring, plastic upcycling, embroidery and folk painting. When you place an order for the mask, you help them earn a dignified income.
